These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chapter Circle mobile application ("App") and website https://chaptercircle.in, operated by Chapter Circle ("we", "us", "our").

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • The App is intended for users 13 years of age and above.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Chapter Circle does not collect precise location data.

2. Nature of the Service

Chapter Circle provides educational content including:

  • Original book summaries and interpretations
  • Short-form video and audio lessons
  • AI-powered visual tools ("Chapter AI")
  • Notes and community discussions

All services are for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.

3. Content Disclaimer

  • Content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
  • We do not provide full books or copyrighted text verbatim.
  • Adult or explicit content is not permitted and is actively moderated.

4. User Content & Community Conduct

Users retain ownership of their content while granting Chapter Circle a limited license to operate the App.

Community guidelines prohibit abusive, illegal, misleading, spam, or infringing content. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are offered monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay
  • Subscription cancellations stop future billing only

7. Intellectual Property

All App content and software are owned by or licensed to Chapter Circle. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Account Deletion & Termination

Users may delete accounts directly within the App. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chapter Circle is not liable for indirect damages, user decisions, or service interruptions. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts to ensure platform integrity.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Chapter Circle against claims arising from misuse, violations, or infringement.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
