• Usage data such as content viewed, watch time, interactions, feature usage, and preferences

• Location Data: Chapter Circle does not collect, track, or store precise or real-time location data (such as GPS coordinates).

C. Subscription & Transaction Information

• Subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers
• We do not store or process credit/debit card details, UPI details, or banking information. All payments are handled securely by third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay).
• Users may enable or cancel auto-debit subscriptions at any time.

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize the App experience
• Generate AI-driven recommendations and visual learning features
• Enable notes, saved content, and community features
• Respond to queries and support requests submitted via email, in-app support, or the website contact form
• Manage subscriptions, access, and billing status

Chapter Circle uses automated systems to personalize content, generate learning insights, and improve recommendations based on in-app behavior and preferences. These systems do not process sensitive personal identity data.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or misuse your personal data under any circumstances. All user data is stored in encrypted form and accessed only on a need-to-know basis.

We may share limited information with trusted third parties only in the following cases:

• Service Providers — including cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, communication services, and payment processors (such as Razorpay). These providers may only use data to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements — where disclosure is required to comply with applicable laws or protect platform and user safety.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App, including notes and "Circles" community posts.

By posting content, you grant Chapter Circle a limited license to host, store, display, and process such content solely to operate and improve the App.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms & Conditions or community guidelines.

Chapter Circle offers subscription-based access through monthly or annual plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.

Account Deletion

• Users can delete their account at any time directly from within the App
• Account deletion is immediate and irreversible
• Upon deletion, personal data is permanently removed, except where retention is required by law

We aim to respond to genuine support queries within 24 hours.

Chapter Circle is intended for users aged 13 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. We do not access or use user data for any purpose beyond what is stated in this Privacy Policy.

The App may send optional push notifications related to learning reminders, new content, or service updates. Permissions can be managed through device settings at any time.

Data may be processed on secure servers located in India or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
